Cali was bouncing with joy yesterday with teh 8th Pacific Region Music Festival, in honor of Petronio Alvarez. This event was a refreshing touch for Cali, since the mayor required that it be free this year so that more Calenos could attend.The festival was booming with food, drinks, dancing, singing and music. A fashion show and a huge concert included. But the most important aspect of yesterday´s events was seeing people of all races and colors and histories coming together to celebrate the west coast of Colombia.
